Not toadally weird, just kinda peculiar.
Reason enuf to interest my eyes, but
wondering if thaz "just me" or does it
do anything for others.
I wonder such wonderings quite often
cuz I like "offbeat" moments or views.

I like it but not sure I can explain why. It's just an interesting pose.

There is a lot in this picture that I like. First is the intensity with which he is listening. The hand while indicating someone is talking to the subject does not take your attention away from the subject by adding another person but points back to the subject, this reenforces that the subjects intensity. The man with his back to the camera seperates him from the subject, shows not only his disinterest but also the subjects disinterst in him at this moment. The white background is not just neutral it isolates the subjects, does not let your eyes wander off. Oveerall a very interesting picture that draws you in.
Reminiscent of Jack Benny...
"What is this man jabbering on about. For the life of me, I just can't figure what this is all about!" This is such a terrific "story" shot. Love it!

That pose is Benny personified!

Thanks much to all. Very helpful
concerning my wondering if it's
a "just me" aesthetic seen here.
Some of you do take this image
similarly to how I take it.
