Printing Problems with my Ricoh SPC252dn laser printer

My Ricoh color laser printer is giving me a problem in which as the sheets come out of the printer it appears as though the paper is getting wet. The paper looks bubbled the length of the paper along the left side [looking at the back of the paper]. It's actually on the right side as the paper comes out of the printer.

Any idea what may be causing this? I am using third party inks, but have been using them for some time without a problem. I use this printer mostly for correspondence, printing brochures, reports, etc.; so for some of them its OK, but not for all.

Heat blistering?
Is the side of the paper brown next to the bubbles?

No, there isn't any heat blistering and actually no detectable moisture either. The paper isn't brown either, this was just a quick take using available light and this is the way I printed it.

Check your fusion rollers, and make sure printer is level. You may be able to clean the rollers, or see if that end of the rollers is disintegrating.

Check fuser unit could be worn out coating on one side of the rollers also try new unopened paper.
Make sure that one of the levers on the fuser is not on the envelope setting. Let me know how it goes I have the scp261 older version.
