We are not too far from 63 years of wedded bliss. Each morning I rub and massage her back from neck to buttocks and then I do my lower back. On both I use the pain killer Diclofenac. Getting older is hell bur better than the alterative.

Congratulations on your anniversary. My wife and I got married on the same day and celebrated our 49th.

At 61 yrs now I forgot what I was supposed to be figuring out - Hell I have forgot most all but a few things - her birthday and our anniversary.
