Thank you. There will still be some snow in the mountains in May. If you drive from Tok to Anchorage - all three of these pictures were taken along that road, 80 - 90 miles from Anchorage.
Thom, your photo's are beautiful. They made me homesick. I lived in Alaska for 45 Years and have been living in Surprise, AZ for about 10 years. Medical reasons brought us down here and after 10 years here, we decided to give up our Alaska Residence. Not by choice.
What part of AK are you in. The pictures looks like the Eagle River area but so much of AK looks like those pictures it is hard to tell. I have a daughter living in Chugiak. How long have you lived in Alaska?
