The first line has 4 mistakes. The second line just asks a question about the first line. The answer to the question is, false, because there are 4 errors, not 5.

Actually six errors are present. Four are spelling errors; the fifth is the false assertion itself, and the sixth is that the statement is not a phrase but a sentence instead.

SET 1:

Their are five erors in these phraze. (4 misspelling)
There are five errors in this phrase.

There are five errors in this phrase. (this is a sentence not a phrase)
There are five errors in this sentence.

True or false ? (space between last word and question mark)
True or false?

There are five errors in this sentence. True or false?
Answer 1: "TRUE" there are five errors in the first line. The sixth error is on the question that needs an answer, thus is not included in the first statement.

SET 2:

There are five errors in this phrase; True or false ?
Answer 2: "FALSE" There is only one error in the phrase "True or false ?". (space between last word and question mark)

SET 3:

Their are five erors in these phraze. (3 misspelling)
There are five errors in these phrase. (wrong grammar)
There are five errors in these phrases. (the first line is a sentence, the second line is a phrase)
There are five errors in these phrase and sentence. (wrong count, there are more than 5 errors as we are now talking about both lines)

True or false ? (space between last word and question mark)
True or false?

There are five errors in these phrase and sentence. True or false ?
Answer 3: "NO ANSWER" There is no concrete thought. If the first statement is about both lines, then we can assume that we do not need to answer the second line as it is included in the statement and not a question. If we need to answer the question, then "FALSE" as there were more than five errors before we arrived at the above sentence.

True should not be capitalized after the ;

That sentence/phrase stuff is because in Portuguese
we consider both the same. I am sorry if you do not,
but the MEANING was perfectly understood by all.
Well... some...
Some saw a ";" after the first line and others never
noticed the "." and thought it was everything a sentence.

It depends on where you went to school, and if you played a sport. Just listen to the sport's news for your answer.

It is true and false. First, it is false by counting what you can see. That number, four, makes the statement itself false, which makes five, making the statement then true, which then makes the statement itself false again, etc, back and forth. Fun.
