True. The word five is an error, too.

There are five.

1. “Their” should be “There”
2. “erors” should be “errors”
3. “these” should be “this”
4. “phraze” should be “phrase”
5. The first line is a sentence not a phrase.

OK, and this is being picky, but here’s how to account for seven.

1. “Their” should be “There”
2. “erors” should be “errors”
3. The first line is a sentence not a phrase. Only the second line is a phrase.
4 & 5. If “these” is correct then “phraze” should be “phrases”
6. “True or false ?” is not a sentence.
7. There is an additional space before the question mark

Correct, the statement as a whole is incorrect.
No, it's the answer to the implied question on the second line.
But it depends on how one looks at the statement, as individual words and/or collectively as a whole.
Depends on the logic rules that are applied and how they are to be evaluated.

The correct answer to line two is "yes", based on positive logic.
(or true, or "1".)

I didn’t know there were different ways to apply logic!!

Look at fuzzy logic.

This is the same paradox as the statement "I always lie". It can be neither true nor false.

There are five. br br 1. “Their” should be “Ther... (show quote)

As a matter of fact, the question "True or false?" is about the
previous line and not a part of the "sentence" to be analyzed.

Kind of. The affirmation "I always lie" is somehow different from
a grammatical analysis, IMHO.

So "five" is wrong, hence, five errors (that makes
the affirmation true).
