From the same white gooey stuff McDonalds uses to make their nuggets?

Actually McNuggets are made mostly from chicken parts. I am sure this is far worse.

In general, I hate fake food. If you want to become a vegetarian learn to make real vegetarian dishes. There an enormous number of Indian and some Middle Eastern dishes that are meatless and very tasty. While I like these exotic dishes, I am not giving up meat.

Thanksgiving Dinner? I'm not big on turkey or ham , butttt... I don't think so.

What I can't figure out is why do people who don't eat meat want products that sort of mimic meat? Doesn't make a lot of sense.

Like my tofu to taste like tofu, as in Panda Express's fried firm tofu dish. Don't ruin it by making it something else.

Easy to light and great to smoke your food. As far as rolling. We have a one ton van and it pulls very straight on the hiway

Actually they don't. It's all a marketing ploy to get people on the fence to commit to something that isn't meat but mimics meat. I wouldn't buy it.

I've been a vegetarian for the past forty-some years. One turkey day a few years ago some friends, feeling like I was being left out, got me a tofurkey thing. Blech. It's been long enough since I ate meat that I can't tell you if it's close or not, but my money is on not. It's also not on anything resembling food of any sort.

You have an invitation to come to my house for Thanksgiving if that is what's on your menu. We will be having real turkey and probably a ham as well. I would give you the whole menu but my fingers would get tired with the typing.
