Had you followed the exchange of posts leading to the denouement to which you take exception, you would realize that the now unlamentably absent offender was provided more than a fair number of opportunities to set things to right and rejoin the congenial fold of FYC. He chose not to avail himself of those opportunities and continued only to blame others for the contretemps and accepted absolutely no personal culpability. Options available to our moderator were thus finally reduced to the one, unfortunate, last one.

But he just kept trying to justify his transgression with never an apology clearly stated, and then attacking the basic principles of the section. I feel that R.G. bent over backward attempting to reason with him, Yes, he did have virtues that would make him helpfull to the section, but his response to this one act negated all.

Then there was paragraph or so of drivel...closed by:

I swear, the man rivals Wordsworth, Yeats, and Shakespeare!
He really has a truly imaginative and inspired facility with the language, doesn’t he?

So, to all who love the majesty of our mother tongue, whenever you henceforth hear or read “full of shit”
the image and name of artBob (Bob) Stanley will immediately leap to mind.
You will be unable to think of BobStanley without the melodious words “FULL OF SHIT” appearing before
your eyes!

Can you imagine his family’s pride?

Try it: say it: “artBob Stanley” There...”FULL OF SHIT” See? See? I told ya! Works like a charm!

...and in reverase: “full of shit” and the name “Bob Stanley” swims before your eyes!

I was honoured to receive what must be a similar billet-doux from artBob. Mine started with "You are mentally deficient or full of shit".

He signed off with "You are seen and known, all of you. Moral reprobates, attacking someone in public who cannot reply, like back fence gossips".

The other five paragraphs, if I were to post them, would convince al;l that artBob is a fully paid up sociopath. I have no compunction about calling artBob a sociopath as he called me "mentally deficient".

I know I shouldn't stoop to Bob's level by name-calling and insults but it seems to be one thing he understands.

His 10-page "I am the victim here" speaks for itself, so I'm hoping we can move on. Any further quotes of nasty language or rants against him only hurts this section. Can we move on?

Please view this not as a defense but as a possible explanation. Bob is not a young man. We all know he is a retiree which would put him in an age bracket known for personality changes. That of course is not a reason to let him back in as he would continue to be disruptive.
