1) Can't say that I've ever met anyone from Kentucky. Well, there was that one business trip to Lexington, but that was business and it was in the early 90's.....for one day. The Lone Star was good though.

2) you don't say what checks they are waiting for. The Gov't may mail the SS checks but the money belongs to the people that paid into it and not the government. This is something that government officials can't seem to get straight. This actually an "entitlement". Aren't we all entitled to what is ours?
