Changing a vertical video to horizontal...
I took a video of a waterfall vertically thinking it would accentuate the scene. When I try to watch it I can't reverse it to watch it. Is there a way to do this? I know it's not the best way to take a video, but... Thanks for any help offered.

You want to see the waterfall on its side? Or do you just want to crop the video into a landscape orientation? If the latter, what editing program are you using? What did you use to take the video? Cell phone? DSLR? Video camera?
Pretty easy to rotate videos in Quicktime.
Easy in Premiere Elements too. The problem is always the black bars on the side. The problem of watching vertical cell phone videos on horizontal screens is so common that the newest release of Premiere Pro features a tool to fix it.
To rotate a video I use Windows Movie Maker. VERY simple!

Have you tried the one that comes with Windows 10?
Windows 10
***Windows Movie Maker, part of Windows Essentials 2012, is no longer available for download (Windows 10) Websites that offer free downloads of Movie Maker are not offering the real thing, and those downloads may contain malware, viruses, or hidden costs.
Instead, try making movies with the Photos app that comes with Windows 10. The latest version of the Photos app includes the ability to create and edit videos with music, text, motion, filters, and 3D effects. Visit Microsoft Store for more video creation and editing apps*****
I’ve never understood why phone camera users would shoot video in portrait format anyway. From time immemorial, video/movie native format has always been landscape, the wider the better, see here . . . .

Unless your video is only to ever be seen on a cellphone it should never be vertical.

Love the link! Some good technical history on the various widescreen formats.
