I've watched a lot of egrets and herons with snakes. The snake doesn't stand a chance.

Me too John but I thought this snake was gonna get away. Never saw a bird eat one that big!

5The big birds, Egrets, Herons and others, are very skilled predators. Anything they catch is likely doomed. Very nice shot!
