Converting 8 and super 8 film to digital

After counting up how many reels of old 8mm and super 8 I had and calculating the cost of digitizing all of these without knowing what is on them, I found the Wolverine film converter at Adorama. I have been using it recently and it is very good imo. Might want to give it a try if you want to see what is on your reels and preserve them while you can.

How has it been going since you posted last? I am gearing up to start trying to save my parents 8mm...first one was shot in early 40's. Way too expensive to send out, but nervous about which way to go. Any hints would be appreciated.

I used the Wolverine successfully on all my videos. Did very good job. Now I don’t need it anymore. Want to buy it?
