I have dealt with Roberts for 30 years and have never had a bad experience. They are always friendly and helpful.

You should put a link in for those of us unable to visit. On the rare occasions I've not been able to purchase from a U.K. store, I've used B&H, but a link would be useful.

They are a great store to deal with. Last year I purchased a used Tamron 150-600 G2, got a super deal, and it was impossible to tell that it was used.

To repeat myself, that is the difference between a reputable and non reputable dealer. I have bought from them used with total satisfaction...and 6 months warranty.

I'm lucky I live 15 minutes from both Roberts stores, always professional and they do what they say. I just dropped a few Benjamins there Friday.

I did not, and will not, contact them. The lens was fine and if it hadn't been they would have replaced it. I always take a photo of all boxes at time of opening just for my records. My D7200 came in a small box placed inside a larger box with no packaging. Seems to work for them and if and when I have a problem I will contact them. My original post was not a criticism, just an observation.
