I just got a used Fuji X100T from Roberts. The charger that came with it was bad. They opened a new charger in front of me (I think it had a $99.99 price tag on it), handed me the brand new Fuji charger, not some third party inexpensive one, and told me to let them know if it solved my problem, which it did.
Be careful who you buy from, and put Roberts/Used Photo Pro on the approved list!
Second that. I've complete satisfication in my business with them.
Agree heartily - over a good many years, not a single bad experience out of a good many transactions. A favorite along with B&H
Mahalo for the advice. I'll be adding RobertsCamera.com to my good list.
A little disappointed with last purchase from B&H. Got a refurb 70-300 Nikor and when it arrived it was literally rattling around in a cardboard box. The packaging was one layer of bubble wrap and two of the larger pillows which did nothing to keep the lens secure. The second package which contained a lens hood and a UV filter had three pillows, bubble wrap and a half pound of tape. I question their shipping department but not the quality of their products and service.
As a young man, during a period I think of as my "checkered career" I worked in a shipping department. Paralyzingly dull, and most co-workers who had been there long term, very nice folks who had reached career equilibrium. It has happened to me as well, but never to the extent of damaging product.
+3 or 4 maybe for Roberts. QuixDraw introduced me to them. Have made two orders so far. Very impressed.

I have used Robert's several times over the years with complete satisfaction.
Ditto...bought a refurb D850 and it just died a few months later. They exchanged it and shipped remotely. They are at the top of my list.
I have made one purchase from Roberts, a quite expensive used lens at a fair price. It was exactly as described, near mint (or better). I would not hesitate to buy from then again.
Bought a used Nikon D3s from Roberts/Used Photo Pro and couldn't be happier. If anything, the condition of cameras they sell is better than their ratings and they list shutter count.
I agree. Roberts is a good dealer.
I have only ever heard good things about Roberts. I have not dealt with them, but many of my friends have.
