You might want to contact UHH member Burkphoto by PM. He shoots video for some of his business using a Panasonic GH4 (4/3rds camera). As I recall, he has shot with a Canon for video before and did not find it compelling enough when compared to the Panasonic.

If you are truly serious in this request you will be hard pressed to find a better camera for wedding video than the C700FF.
If you are not truly serious then most any mirrorless camera will do the job.
All depends on how serious you are.

If you are seriously want to take wedding videos for extra income go for a proper and dedicated video camera with external audio inputs (not introduction handycams!)

The question indicates that the OP is not a professional (yet). The Panasonic G9 is an alternative, and could also satisfy the needs of the OP. The GH4, whilst being a great camera, has now been replaced by the GH5, whereas the G9 is still current. For the benefit of the OP, Panasonic have really gone to town on Video. Panasonic's second name should be innovation.

Panasonic seems to be the one for video & stills combined for the 4K but it's debatable. I have Canon but it's not the best video camera in my opinion. I understand that special software is needed to extract 4K stills from video and I have never ventured into it so all I know is what I have heard or seen from videos like Tony Northrup who touts the Panasonic as his favorite.......good luck to you.

For video it must be mirrorless. I don't think any video camera would use a flipping mirror although a number of them in the old days did use translucent mirror.

I occasionally shoot short video clips with my Olympus OMD EM 1 MK II. I do not do any editing of the clips but I am often very pleased with the color and clarity of what I have captured.

On the contrary, several big movies or parts of movies & TV shows have been shot with DSLR’s.

Once that mirror is flipped out of the way and live view is in effect, it works great.
I’ve used my Nikon D810 for several videos.
The big key people don’t think about is sound.
It can really make or break a video.
Best to use remote microphones and recorders.
