A few months ago, I visited the C&O Canal National Historical Park in Virginia with my son Larry, grandson Simon, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Jasper. They were walking ahead of me on a path in the vicinity of the Great Falls Overlook when I took this photo with my Nikon D7100.

Reminds me of this photo, taken by my daughter-in-law, as she, my son and first grandson were leaving the stadium after the grandson's first professional baseball game. I call this "We will return."

Someone once described it as. "Not necesarily a work of art, but certainly a work of 'heart'."
