Just because one does not (or is unable too) post their work here, does not mean they don't recognize talent (or the lack of) or are unable or unworthy to voice an opinion. Most good photographers learn from critique. Some do not.

In hindsight, I should not have mingled my opinion on the subject matter with those regarding the quality of work or length of the posts.

Thanks BUT remember, the nerves are struck. The venom flows profusely. It's just their way of venting. Most either have nothing to show or they feel that the work is not worth a posting. Not to worry, many more images to come.

Viewing the images posted here and commenting on them is in some ways no different than armchair quarterbacks watching pro football on TV or attending a live game. One does not have to get down and dirty on the field to call the referee a numbskull or tell the quarterback what he did wrong on a given play.

I don't mean to offend your notions about the world. You asked about my doing a reference, analysis, compare/contrast about something related to TV. This I am unable to do as I don't watch TV. In 1971 I returned from Europe after 3 plus years there. That was my reintroduction to TV and I just could not tolerate the shows and mostly the mind numbing repetitive commercials. So, you will appreciate that I am not able to respond to that request.
There were other issues that you and others presented. I could see that these were subjects designed to draw one into a no win argument, they sprung from opinions. Opinions can not be call for discussions, they are self asserting dialogues. So it goes, hope others enjoyed your remarks and you had pleasure with it all.
