With the exception of DoJ investigative methods and means, and grand jury testimony, the Mueller report was not redacted. Grand jury testimony is secret by statute, and Federal investigative methods have been held confidential by the courts.

I guess you missed the part where the Schiff allows only the questions he approves, and can keep out anyone he wishes (pointedly at the President's lawyers).
Keep having your wet dreams. If the President is impeached, Schiff can be called as a witness in the Senate, and he won't be able to hide behind his "star chamber" hat.
