That Trump is not cheered at a D.C. baseball game is not odd, for the spectators are not working-class Trumpians. Series tickets cost hundreds, even thousands, of dollars, and the spectators are drawn from a town that gave Donald Trump 4% of its votes in 2016.

Actually he laughed when it happened. Of course, when Obama was booed in St Louis and Baltimore at sporting events he looked pretty damn stern.

Trump gives the American public more access than the last 5 presidents combined between twitter and his news conferences and Q@A.

Second, the crowd at the World Series was NOT comprised of normal citizens. It was an average D.C. crowd, meaning it was predominately white, rich (they could afford exorbitant prices as the richest city in the U.S. by far, yes?), liberal, and mostly government/swamp connected.

By the way.....did Trump ever actually use the words “lock her up”?

Not sure who you hang out with but my friends are normal citizens and they went to the World Series when it was a New York team playing. Yes, it's expensive but so is a vacation in Cabo.
If your whole life is working and sitting in front of a TV you are missing the entire life experience.
