Very hard to get a shot of Ranier like that on a bright clear day. IMHO it is the most beautiful mountain in the lower 48, only eclipsed by Denali in viewable size. It like Denali is always covered by clouds when I get to do a drive by.
Sorry I hurt your feelings! I just have a hard time understanding the fascination with a format that was replaced with color. Do you think that Ansel Adams would not have embraced color if it was available? He did wonders with the available technology, including his darkroom work. I'm convinced that he would have loved it. When I started taking pictures (1947), B&W was all there was. I spent my time in the darkroom. When color arrived I couldn't embrace it quickly enough. As for your comment about my inability to express myself............I agree.
