OCTOBER 22 IS DOG DAY!!!!
RESCUE A DOG, TREAT YOUR DOG EXTRA SPECIAL, AND REMEMBER, IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE PART OF THE FAMILY, DON'T BRING THEM HOME. THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT LOVE FOR YOU!
Mine are spoiled rotten every day!

I have two fur balls. My first one is Lucy. She is an Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie Mix. My second fur ball is Bentley. He is a Labrador/Dalmation Mix. All of his spots are on his belly.
When it comes to National Dog Day there is nothing to worry about. Both are rescues and get their daily dose of treats and yummies and bonz. Yep they are both spoiled!
Every day in my home is dog day as they are my companions being on my own...

My all time favorite is having fur balls greet you when you walk in the front door.
I love the barking, the tail wagging and lots of doggie slobber!
They look very happy. I hope they get lots of treats.
Our little guy, a 5-1/2 lb Yorkie, is 2-1/2 yrs old now and starting to mellow just a tiny bit. He being our first dog in over 50 yrs (we always had cats), I'm still amazed at how happy he is to see us when we've been gone for a little while, and how happy he is to go for a ride with us. We loved our cats but they never jumped up and down when we came home.
Where is national dog day, today. My calendar shows it in august.
It’s my wife’s birthday, do you think I’m going to tell her it’s national dog day?

According to Google, National Dog Day is August 26 this year. However, National Puppy Day is March 23 and National Pet Day is April 11. But what does Google know?
Today is national make a dogs day, not national dog day.
There’s a day for everything

My rescue lab, Mason. We rescued him and he rescued us. What a sweetie!
He even has his own 4-Runner for me haul him around!
The only question I still have is how could anyone just give up on this beautiful, smart dog?
I am glad they did because he fulfills our family. 🐾❤️🐾❤️
They're ALL beautiful and loving! Thanks for the replies.
