Crimson maple, I believe. Some call them red maple, but I’m pretty sure that’s a different variety.

Yes, it seems to be a maple - judging by the leaves. There is also a Japanese maple with red leaves.

When I zoom in, the leaves look like Maple. But a closer shot of leaves will definitely help.

It is a maple but what kind is uncertain. When identifying trees it is necessary to have close shots of leaves and bark. There are Maples that have red leaves all year but I think your photo is of fall foliage. The leaf stems might be important too.
