Oh, come on Mike! The Navy has always been willing to carry and deliver the Devil Dogs to wherever they wanted to go to get shot at. And they never say "thanks" What's that all about?
Thanks
Damn Chief ... I was going to write to say that it was awesome to see that you are on the road again ... it's been too long ... but now ya gotta crow about the fact that you deliver Devil Dogs to the beach to get shot at ... while you enjoy 3 squares a day & a warm bed ... & you want thanks for that?!?!?!?! Now that's really stretching it Sailor. Anyone who would thank someone for dropping them off on a hostile beach & then skedaddling just isn't all there!!!!
On a serious note ... great shots ... & I look for more ... glad you're back out there.

Great assortment and well done shots. Which wetland? It’s getting to be bird time down here.
Thank you, Cwilson. Apopka (sp?) Lake near Clermont. I'm glad you liked them.

Thanks, Frank. It's been a long road but finally back in the land of the living. I always kinda thought "isn't all there" was part of the definition of gyrines. As far as 3 squares a day goes...well, it's got to beat C-Rations in a hole in the ground.
Excellent captures, Chief and it is good to see you are up and about with a camera in hand!!
Very productive ! - a day well spent ......thanks for sharing

Were you on the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive? That is less than an hour from me and is a really good place for birds, gators, otters and bobcats.
