Maybe Baltimore can start to recover from the years of being damaged by him.

Cummings was famously corrupt. His corruption and misguided notions helped turn Baltimore, like many Demo-run big cities, into a crime-ridden cesspool.

Frank, what is bad about saying that because he was in bad health and confined to a wheel chair that he should have left? He was no longer able to do the job, kind of like you.

I did not see that man as a shining star, but that is my opinion and to each their own.

Now try acting like a grown up. Sheesh you are like a two year old throwing tantrums.

Those he screws wth his personal politics of taking care of himself?

He didn't want to hear any BS from his constituents because they were uninformed of HIS BS and happy to be in shit holes places while he had a good life.

OK he is dead, RIP, the facts remain that he was not a saint-like most on the left and right portray him

The man was very passionate about his beliefs and principles. In all of the years that I have lived in or around Baltimore, I have not heard one negative word about anything in his character or his deeds. "The rat and rodent infested city" that he represented, he truly loved. He even lived in his old neighborhood and commuted to D.C. every day. I have nothing but respect for the man, regardless of his party.
