The Upper Peninsula Of Michigan. It May Not Be On Your Bucket List, But Maybe It Should Be

Excellent shooting. Agree with your premise.
You've done a nice job of capturing some of the beauty of the UP.
Beautiful work. I haven't been to Tahquamenon Falls for many years. I took the "Toonerville Trolley" upriver to play on both the upper and lower falles.
I suspect from these photos, that you could set a 4 door 1972 Chevy out somewhere and make it look good. The photos are excellent as to subject, but what post processing do you use? WOW!

Thank you. I use Photoshop Elements 2019, Photomatix Pro HDR, and Snapseed.

I recently returned from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I can understand why people keep returning, year after year. Here is some of what I saw.
Beautiful pictures, it definitely looks like a good place to visit especially with fall colors.
A commendable job processing these!

Lovely photos, thanks for sharing. I will have to get up there again. I haven't been there since I was maybe 10 years old when my grandparents had a house in Ontonagon.

Gorgeous Work Indeed and please send more of the same. I like them all!
these are just wonderful--you make me want to go there tomorrow!
Wow! It's been a long time since I've been up to the UP.
My parents and my older brother and sisters were born up
in Negaunee and Ishpeming. Dad's job brought them down
to Illinois during the war, and that's where I was born, along
with my younger siblings.
Sadly, I have left the UP to photograph in the Smokies. Colors are past peak in some areas, but other places are not peaked yet. And that is normal. Peak color means different things to photographers. Maples peak in color before aspens, and then tamarack peak much later than that. The UP is simply fabulous Eh!
Here are two from the morning of Oct. 15 as the rains came in big time!!!!
Magenta glow right at sunrise - they gray and soon heavy rain.

A polarizer, 2-shot focus stack, and in-camera HDR helped on this dark morning
