An image like below fills my 1920x1080 screen, from both the paid and unpaid accounts. You have some images in your stream that are not cropped to 16:9 in landscape; and of course, these crops will not 'fill' my 16:9 landscape screen. You should revisit your security parameters and disable the download option, or at least, review the size options.

My share size is set to the same value (2048 pixels) and I have a paid account. Apparently that is the current size limit for everyone.

That seems to be the consensus. It might have something to do with my TCL/Roku tv, but I've checked the settings and can't seem to find anywhere to adjust for image size.

I have the opposite problem...I want Flickr to downsize my photos to 2048, it used to but doesn't since Smug-Mug took over. All of the images I upload are 5472. I do see the share size setting for 2048 but nothing to downsize uploads. It used to be available.

It stores the file you upload. The presentation size is what Flickr controls. Imagine the uproar if Flickr modified the files upon receipt and storage.

That's the way it is now, but they used to ask if you wanted to downsize...now they don't.

That must be before my heavy Flickr use. I do remember back before smugmug, but not that question / opportunity.
