My favorite was the Cascade.

Thank you Ronsh, camerapapi, blacks2, AzPicLady, Steve V, Fotoartist, saxman71, Jim Plogger & Earnest Botello for your all your visits & comments. They are much appreciated.
And I hear you blue-ultra when you talk about work getting in the way of photography!!!!! There ought to be a law against that!!!! But wait ... does it help any if I tell you I'm retired & don't mind getting out to shoot the foliage for you? ;)
And I agree with your comments re: New England Blair Shaw Jr. I thought for many years I would retire to TX but life gets in the way of all the plans ... so I'm just enjoying it up here ... 'til the snow piles from off the roof go above the top of the 1st floor windows ... then I'm ready to hit the road.
Thank you Cookie223 ... that shot is my favorite as well.
I hear you John from gpwmi ... it's been a weird year here ... around my house, the leaves turned yellow, then quickly turned brown & fell off the trees. I drove from 1 end of VT to the other earlier in the week & seemed to get there either too late or too early. Luckily, I found some color in Northern NH. Thanks for stopping by.

Thank you kpmac ... much appreciated.
Very nice set. I've been through most of the Midwest and much of the West during the fall, but have yet to make it over to New England. Still on my bucket list. So a really big thanks for sharing.

When in New England stay off of the Interstates
Amazing colors and composition. Motivates me to get out there and look for some color in NJ (still too early).
Thanks, Frank!

You're very welcome ... hope that you make it here some time ... like a lot of places in this big wonderful country of ours, there are a lot of things to see & do. And thank you for the visit & positive feedback.

The problem in New England, particularly in Northern New England ... is the definition of "interstate" ... anything with pavement qualifies as a major highway around here!!!!! ;)

You're welcome Mark ... I hope you get out & catch some of that foliage when it turns in your neighborhood. Up here, it's been a weird year ... I'm used to it turn somewhat evenly ... rolling from North to South. But this year, there are areas in the Southern part of NH & VT that are past peak & other areas in the Northern part of the 2 states that are coming into peak. But it is worth the effort to get out there & try to find it. Good luck in your search ... & I'll watch for some shots if you get some you like. Thanks for the visit & positive feedback ... & best to you Mark.
Stunning shots! Excellent color!
