Posting a few photos from about 6000 shot. What a great target rich place. History is amazing as well as the people.

I love your B&W's Jeff........wonderfully done.
#1,#2 & #4 are beautifully shot. Great composition and excellent exposure on the B&Ws.
Not thrilled with #3. It is neither interesting nor well exposed and takes away from an otherwise superb set.
Kudos nevertheless.
I see lots of halls, paths, small roads, and similar photos. Yawn. But your photo is truly extraordinary. Thanks for inspiring me to find my own paths to memories.
Thank you all for your comments. We were on walking tours most of the time and most opportunities just popped up. There are many opportunities to shoot No. 1's. No. 2 was just a chance opportunity. I shot the full front exposure of the sculpture and just happen to look back as we were leaving. The head was framed and well, you see the results. OK, this may be a bit strange, but I shoot doorknobs wherever I go. It sparks my imagination with wonder as to who might just have touched that rather simple device. The phillips head screw was first used in 1930, so the knob does not have extreme age but none the less. No. 3 should have used my filter to improve exposure, yup. Regards, Jeff
