I had a pleasant trip to Vermont and surrounding states/provinces. Nice architecture, lakes-rivers-falls, foliage scenery, et al. The color had started, but was not yet in full glory. One drawback to the region: there are no pull-offs anywhere except behind tall stands of trees. I guess this is where "can't see the forest for the trees" comes from. I saw a lot of landscape I would have liked to shoot, but the 1 foot wide shoulders really discouraged stopping. I made it into Maine, but nowhere near the coast, so I did not take a single photograph. Brief trip into Quebec (after third and fourth degree from FRENCH Canadian border guard), but only took a few shots of churches and landscape. Not speaking French, I didn't stay long. Incidentally, Ausable Chasm is in NY.
Side note: Here's a puzzle for you. If I ask "Who got the third bag," of whom or what am I inquiring?

Nice image set. I know what you mean about the narrow roadways there. A "Smart Car" would be a smart idea.

Very nice set.
The only thing that comes to mind about the third bag is the old kids poem and the third bag went to the "little boy who lives down the lane."

If you did not take the walk and boat ride down into the chasm you missed a great adventure and about 200 good shots !!!!

I have responded but am not certain of my answer. Another well known comedy routine would put "I don't know" on the third base bag.
