This Hibiscus pollen photo was made with a 1:2 minolta 50mm f3.5 mounted on a Sony A65. Hand held with flash assist. I hope it passes muster as a macro image when double download is employed.

It does. Very fine detail on DDL. Like the fuzzy tips of the pistils in the center.
I'm not a macro expert, but that's a heck of a photograph!

Thank you all for your kind comments. That old Minolta lens is mostly used to copy my slides from as far back as the late fifties.
Very nice and the double download shows the pollen quite well.
