Much sunnier this time, but how do I get rid of the thin blue edge at the skyline?

I found that Lightroom's defringe tool in the manual lens correction section got rid of most of it. A bit of tweaking with the sliders would probably have got rid of it completely. As it is, slightly lightening and desaturating Aqua cleaned up what was left.
The ideal answer would be to find out what caused it in the first place and then reverse it, but that's your department.
