Bruce I have been working through Jim’s old posts to find information on his family. Once again I have come up with only christian names. However I managed to find a village his daughter lived in in Cumbria. However when I contacted someone my husband had done an interview with in the village, they said his daughter and family had moved last year and they didn’t know their surname or where they had gone to but were going to ask around. This village is 130 miles from us so I am hoping they come up with a surname or where they have moved to.
The place where Jim and Rose live is 140 miles from us and again it is difficult to ask people without a surname. I am waiting to see if anything transpires from the above as it is just a week since I asked about his daughter. They have another daughter and I am trying to find out some information.
We will try and get over to where he lives and do some investigating as soon as we can. I know from one of his posts he lives opposite a pub in St.Helens, so I have a starting point!

I too have been going through his posts, I know his son was on the site and I think his name was Glen?..

Yes he is Val but hasn’t posted for a while. I sent him a pm when Jim stopped posting but have not received a reply.
