OK, maybe I agree more than half the time, but I'm sure you got the idea.

If we didn’t have a couple of constant anti Trump posters from Canada, England and Australia, I would never started this thread.

Maybe we should look at the root of this problem and think “What is good for the goose is good for the gander.

If a person wears a don’t criticize my country hat, perhaps he should look into the mirror.

I guess you missed the subtle sarcasm, Elaine.

I did NOT tell YOU to NOT criticize my PM, and I never said AMERICANS should NOT criticize a CANADIAN leader. If Trudeau has done something wrong, something stupid, or something illegal, then he should pay the price. Of course, I hope you did notice that, unlike the Orange Buffoon, Trudeau DID apologize and showed remorse for his actions of many years ago.

What I DID ask is that YOU tell your cronies to stop criticizing my PM. I even gave you the reason -- they don't have a vote in Canada. Isn't that the essence of the sermon that you have been preaching for months now?

After this thread, if you EVER tell me to not criticize Trump because I don't have a vote in the US you will be demonstrating hypocrisy big-time.

I actually thought you were smarter than to try logic on Elaine.

Whoa.......if you want something stated, YOU state it. I am not here to do your bidding so get over that little fantasy. You can say whatever you want, it doesn't matter, you do not vote in the US. Canadians talking about a US election makes zero difference. Don't you get that? Does it make a canadian feel good to criticize the US? I do not understand your involvement at all, but I am not required to. If you are not taken seriously, it isn't my concern.

I really don't know ANY Americans that would presume to tell a canadian how they should vote, NOR SHOULD THEY. It isn't our business who you elect.

How foolish of me. I thought you were an American. I'm somewhat relieved.

John, we are not talking making comments. They are calling names, making false statements and carrying on about something that is US business. Have you watched a couple of the questionable intelligence canadian individuals make false statement after false statement, call names to the President and people on here that support the President, etc.

Justin put on some black face 20 years ago, big freaking deal is how I looked at it. The man is not a racist, and I am not a big fan, but I don't have to be, he is not the President of the US.

This is one of your best posts ever. It's a very low bar so you shouldn't get excited, but still it shows what you can do when you really try.

Comments are not the problem, pejorative statements are. When a person uses these he only does it to start an argument not a conversation.

As long as you are aware that you sometimes use pejorative statements. (I'm not claiming to have never done the same).

I have played and performed music in public many times.

Only done a stand-up comedy routine three times.

Not particularly great at it, total amateur at both, but love doing it!

She was close to correct though...just change the "you" to "I," make the appropriate verb case change, and she would have nailed it. Easy fix...

John, you can’t seem to understand it is NOT my job to tell others how to act.

Yet you incessantly do so to the libs...while giving a pass to the righties for the same behavior. That is the point made over and over on this thread. Sadly, the point seems over your head.

It's kinda the same regarding upside own flags. You incessantly rag on Moore for his avatar, yet the conservative regular on here with an upside-down flag in his avatar draws nary a comment from you.

I am not telling you to change. You are a caricature of an alt-rightie...just doing your job...attempting to troll libs.

You're not very imaginative at it, but I give you props for your consistency.

Walsh gets it; I suspect the other Canadians (and Aussies and Brits) get it; but Elaine et al don't. Maybe it's a republican trait.

First off, I am not the saviour of the world... I believe someone else has recently laid claims to the titles of King of Israel and The Chosen One (as he looked toward the heavens). You might even know who that is. He tends to get a lot of air time on TV and basks shamelessly in his glory.

Second, I believe every one of my claims is easily backed up. However, even if I provided you (Trumpeters, all of you) with hard evidence it would be labeled as fake. And even if you found it unconscionable to deny the truth you would somehow convince yourselves that the issue is not important; he gets a pass.

Third, the economy and employment stats have been on a steady improvement since about 2009/2010 with no significant change in rates as of 2016 when Trump was elected. The only thing Trump can honestly take credit for is that things did not slow down because of him.

And no, I am not a psychologist, financial analyst, walking lie (not lye) detection machine etc. But there is someone who believes he is smarter than his generals, knows more about ISIS than anyone, knows about steel better than anyone, knows the technology of drones better than anyone, knows construction, etc. I am surprised he does not claim to be an opera singer, because he sure rehearses a lot ("me me me me").

However, I will say that Trump is an experienced business man and good deal maker. See, a business deal happens when a man with money meets a man with experience; the man with the experience gets the money, and the man with the money gets the experience. Trump would call that a fair deal and a win/win exchange.

Want another positive about Trump? He is positively NOT deserving of holding the office of POTUS.
First off, I am not the saviour of the world... I ... (show quote)

In the USA we vote. Trump won despite Clinton colluding with Steele and Russia. He was elected President. That does make him President. That does make him deserving. I don’t care what your political leanings are I cannot find any words in our Constitution that say we have to check with you before installing a President.

I am glad that President Trump is confident enough to change the way our country operates. He uses tariffs instead of sending planes full of money to buy off our foes.

A few people in Canada seem to think that we should check with them before making any moves on foreign policy, immigration and the economy.

You have attacked my country. You have attacked all who voted for a candidate that you don’t like. You have followed the liberal socialist talking points. Your compatriots follow suit in attacking our President, our entire system of democracy and even our God.

If we say one criticism about your PM, you get your feelings hurt and lash out with all you have. You even got in a dig about Jesus.

Fair thee will pilgrim.

That Conservative's avatar is of such low resolution it is unclear as to what it is.

Follow the thread, my friend. I have never been upset with criticism of our PM from anyone, Canadian or not. Speak your mind freely and let me do the same.

As for insulting all who voted for Trump, you do remember that he lost the popular vote by a lot, especially when you tally it as FOR vs NOT FOR Trump; about 10 million when you count it all up. So I feel like I am in good company.

And I suppose you believe you do NOT regurgitate the right’s talking points? Like “Trump has never lied?” Or are one of those who says it does not matter? Honesty is not expected from POTUS?
