Very nice. I used to live in the PNW. Mount Rainier dominated everything.

that really depends on where in the PNW you actually live. A bit further south Mt Hood (11,250 ft) would dominate the landscape

We just moved to Bremerton from Bellingham where Mt Baker was prominent.

Beautiful pics of a beautiful place. I lost rental car keys up there one time a story not to be retold. Don Z.

My Wife & I took advantage of the spectacular weather last week and spent a day on Mt. Rainier. It was our first time up there and it was stunning! The wildflowers had mostly expired but those that were left were alive with bees & butterflies. Highly recommended!!

Really nice images, thanks for sharing. Now I get to see what it looks like. I was up there in July and this is the most visible shot I got.

That sounds like a nightmare. We were in my wife's new car. They don't supply spare tires anymore. Just a can of fix a flat & a roadside assistance number. It's a lone way to anywhere! We didn't have a problem but it crossed my mind. I'll be getting a spare asap.

Glad you liked them and sorry you missed it in person. From what I read it's a common thing as it's often immersed in clouds. Next time!
