Bose hearing aids get an "ok" review, not a stellar review. They are available online. A review is on youTube:

I have heard of Bose ear phones. Where do you get them and do you have to buy accessories?

Look here to see what the current models are: https://www.bose.com/en_us/products/headphones/noise_cancelling_headphones/noise-cancelling-headphones-700.html?mc=25_PS_N7_BO_DT_GO_&gclid=CjwKCAjw5fzrBRASEiwAD2OSV9-buaNVy_OUL_Mt4wctI5b_MiemnwRPxV1ACopDowI2aGQBspm_2RoCCMMQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

They are sold on Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy among others.
There are counterfeits and even gray market just like with camera gear, so be careful.

Note, the noise canceling part only works on continuous or repetitive noises. So for other or random noise you need to get the large over ear types that cut out and reduce the other sounds. Boise headphone and earbuds can plug in to your phone or stereo and are for listening to music etc while filtering out other noises. Or don't plug them in and just use the noise canceling feature.
There are also very specialized head sets used by shooters etc that allow low noise-like conversation-in fact some level all noise off to the same level, enhance quiet sounds, dampen loud ones- others just let the quiet sounds through but the canceling circuits cuts in for noise above a certain decibel level. I have never seen any of those with a plug for your phone or music device but there may be some out there.
I don't remember the brand but one brand used to advertise in hunting and fishing magazines that you could hear like a wolf. But extra loud sounds, like your gun firing it kicked in the anti-noise circuit.

If you are a vet you can register for the exchange and get Bose noise cancelling head sets. The only issue might be the color selection.

The best part of the whole deal is you do not pay any taxes and if you spend more than 40.00 dollars the shipping is free. Recently I found an adapter to let me use wifi so I don't have to use the cable that comes with them.

I did some looking since it has been a couple of years since I bought my last Bose headphones and the earbud/phone control combo and they have new products including ear buds for sleeping - Bose Noise Masking Sleepbuds price $250 but at the military exchange online they are $224

Here is a review I found: https://www.techhive.com/article/3305217/bose-sleepbuds-review.html

Checked them out, same kinds of things I had on an MP3 player for relaxing, soft music with nature sounds in slow repetitive rhythms. I used a small MP3 player and my Bose headphones or music earbuds. I would listen to it in the doctor's office and when they took my blood pressure it was way down. At home using a blood pressure cuff I found that in 5 minutes I could get my blood pressure down 35+ points in 3-5 minutes. My favorite music for this was native american flute music, esp Carlos Nakai.
