Hi
Just thought I would share the results of some research into finding a gadget that can help download images from cards without the need for a computer - for those who can’t or don’t want to carry a computer or buy thousands of extra cards! It comes with different choices / combos of card slots and while it’s a bit expensive, it seems quite a useful accessory.
PS: I have no financial interest in this company etc. - just sharing info if anyone finds it useful.

I am sorry but the link opens to about 20 different items so please provide the name of the “gadget” that you are referring to. Thank you.

Thank you.
I looked at the Nikon version. Only one review. 🤔 Seems a bit pricey. I mean I can buy a SSD (Solid State Hard Drive) for much less that that and download my cards to the SSD.
The sales pitch says for professional photographers backup without computer. But wouldn’t most commercial photographers have a computer at the shoot, for tethering? Well “professional” covers a lot of ground so Ok maybe not. A professional might be an adventure gal, she is climbing Mt Everest. It might be a good option for backup in that case. But the SSD would also be a good option.
IMHO, I would wait for a few more reviews before I paid $500 for it.
