I know this post will be a bit longer that most, but there is a lot at Greenfield Village to cover--I've just hit a few of the major items. Bear with me.

Absolutely gorgeous, fantastic photography, I love it.
Good set from a very interesting location.
Thanks for taking us there.

Well done, we visited there years ago.

My mother took me there several years before WW II. I remember ma blacksmith had me pump the bellows while he made me a nail. It looks entirely different now.

One of THE most enjoyable series I have seen in a long while. Thank you to the nth.
Well, thanks to all of you for the very nice comments. I was using a D50 and the original 18-200VR zoom and some of the shots are not as sharp as I'd like. I also was not using Lightroom yet.
Some of the buildings have a shot of their informative signs, but I didn't want to clutter up the set with those. Clicking on any of the photos will take you to the Flickr page and it is possible to navigate before and after from them there. There are many other photos of the Village, but I tried to choose those I thought would be of the most interest.
Excellent tour, David! How did you manage to post so many photos?

Thank you--glad you enjoyed it.
I had no problems posting. When I generate one of my posts here where I expect to have a lot of pictures I create a Word document into which I paste the "Share" links from Flickr ("original size") and any comments I want to include. I then Copy the entire document and paste it into UHH. Works for me.
In the earlier response I said I was using a D50 and the original 18-200VR zoom--I erred. I was using my first digital camera, a Kodak DX7630 Point-and-Shoot. I didn't buy a DSLR (D50) until later.
This was a terrific tour.
Thank you, NMGal. I'm glad you liked it.
I used to go there all the time as a kid. Every year our class took a field trip there. And we took every relative who ever visited to see it. The Ford museum wasn’t very old then. Thanks for the memories. Lots has changed. Great set.
Thanks David for this huge and fabulous collection of the Museum @ Dearborn . It must have been like Disneyworld in it's day. It is kept in such great state of maintenance and I would love to travel there myself some time and see it for myself.
Thank you again sir.
