The port potty's always having the toilet paper stolen.
Constantly crew is running to replenish toilet paper stolen.

I was visiting a hospital in Philadelphia recently that had the same 1 sheet toilet paper contraption.
Actually, it worked really well. You got a single large sheet of usable paper. Much better than those huge rolls that you pull and get 10 feet of mangled paper.

Turn the roll around and the cat, unless very talented, can't unroll it
