In many cases, sunsets don't look as good in photos as in real life. I witnessed this once-in a lifetime sunset a few weeks ago. I saw it starting to develop, and I waited an hour for it to peak. I knew I would need to zoom in with my iPhone to get it right, so I braced myself against a stop sign to stabilize myself and the camera. The only tweaking was removing a rooftop from the bottom edge and a parking lot light fixture from the lower left corner. The color has not been enhanced. It's just what I saw. I was very fortunate to have been in the right place at the right time. >>> Alan

Yes, that really is a great sunset.
Complex cloud formations and colors. Rather unique. I once viewed one that was almost the opposite of yours. The colors and clouds were faint and pastel but covered the entire half sky in regions of faint blue, pink, yellow, red. Sort of like a color lit background. Ironically I saw this when I got out of my car in the parting lot of the photo school I was attended. No camera was needed for the class I was taking that evening so I did not have one with me. The next class night the sky was similar and I did bring a camera to possibly photograph it but it was not as good as the first of several evening like this. I did get something though!
Nice!!! Ever look at the PhotoPills app? You might like it...

Very nice Sunset. You did good getting rid of the rooftop and sign, there is no evidence of the post processing. Amazing how well phones can do on photography these days.
Beautiful capture, Allen.
Great capture, get it made into an acrylic on glass, outstanding vibrant color, thanks for sharing...
A very dramatic sky with a collection of moods and colors. Phone cameras are getting so much better with each new generation of them. Macro and telephoto lens are made that you can attach to yours. Keep up the good work.
Nice capture, timing is everything. Thanks for sharing.
