From the Sunflower Field of Stone Bank Elementary School in Oconomowoc, WI. The farm is about 30 minutes drive from Milwaukee. Thanks to the school for allowing people to visit, take pictures, and enjoy the beauty of the sunflowers for FREE. In a few days, the plants will be harvested to convert into seeds and oil. In HD, 3 1/2 minutes long. Enjoy. Thanks for watching.

Nice visit . . . enjoyed the sunflower photos!
I read an interesting article on sunflowers a couple of years ago. They are migrating NORTH!!!
As a state flower they may qualify to be the state flower of one to two states north of their current Home State. This is happening all across the nation.

Thanks for your kind remarks. I love sunflowers and just about all flowers in general.
The farm I took the sunflower pictures is just across an elementary school (Stone Bank Elementary School in Oconomowoc, WI). The owner of the farm was kind enough to let people visit, take pictures, and enjoy the sunflowers, for free. In return, the school let the visitors use their parking lot, also for free. The farm owner's only request is a small donation from the visitors with all the proceeds going to the school's improvement. So, it's a win-win situation for all.
