I was told about this place by a local Florist. I will go here often now that I know about it, although more often in cooler weather. It was a windy morning all shots were at 1,000 sec.

Thank you Carol. I found out in October they have a butterfly festival. Canadian butterflies migrate to Mexico and many of them stop by this location before going on to Mexico. Not sure how many they have in October but there were a bunch of them today

Great pictures, Jim. Love the Queen butterfly. Would you mind sharing the date and location of the butterfly festival? I live in north Fort Worth and would love to make a trip to Granbury. Thanks for posting.

I see you live in Haslet . I have two sons that live there in the Ashmore Pl development. One of them is handicapped and we go there 2 to 3 days a week to help out.
