It is a standard MP4 file from Fuji? What is the file termination and what application are you using to attempt playback?

Can't you plug the camera into the PC and watch it that way?

Are you on Windows 10? If so the movie and TV player, Windows media player or the VLC player will play the files. Also did you record in H.265? If so the Windows players may have a problem with that but the VLC player will work. It is a free download and there is no spam.

Check your Fujifilm X-T3 Owner's manual page 166. This explains how to do an in camera RAW to JPEG conversion for downloading to a computer. (With the same camera model used to record the RAW files). Good luck. Chief Rob

That does not apply to movie MP4 files, only still images. And why would you want to shoot in RAW but download as JPEG? Makes no sense, why not just shoot in JPEG?

You read the manual to: (1) learn the capability of the camera, (2) how to use that capability, and (3) any KNOWN associated limitations. AS to why shoot in RAW then convert to JPEG I shoot raw, upload the files to my MAC then convert to JPEG for further viewing. I was trying to help a fellow Hedgehog member. Sorry if this bothers you!
