We are planning a trip to Scotland next summer and I was wondering if anyone had any advice regarding finding the cemetery where my ancestors were buried. Their name was McCallum and came from Argylshire around 1850 to settle in Ontario Canada. I would love to see where the family came from.
I don't know about the cemetery, but traveling around Argyll/Argylshire will show you where your family is from.

Mrs. N. does a bit of genealogy. I think I've heard her say the Mormon Church has a very extensive record that is free to access.
Google find a grave.
Ancestry.com (deaths and burials) can narrow your search then you can ask local councils to search for a plot no.
People on this site have been very good for my photography and most supportive for a project with a disablement charity I'm working with. If you pm me with as many details as you currently have she will have a little look for you to get you started. She has subscriptions to most of these sites and with a few others runs a genealogy group in our local library (but Stokenchurch is a long way for you to come).

I went a couple years ago and one of the most extraordinary cemeteries we found was the St Andrews Cathedral Graveyard.

Try Ancestry.com
My parents and my wife's parents came here during the 30's. She has found out out all sorts of information about both our families. Some date back to the 1700's
Don't know much about the cemetery part of your question but, you'll love it my wife and I have been several times. The country is gorgeous, the people are beyond and the whole place reeks of history. The best way to do it is renting a car and staying at B and B's. My last name is Crawford ( from the border area).
Awesome advice. Thank you all very much!
Unk for cemeteries, but.....The Royal Military Tattoo at Edinburgh has performances for about 3 weeks every August and is on a lot of people’s “must see” list in case you’ve not been previously advised.
If you know the town go to city hall. They will have records. If they have records, they will give you where they lived, etc.
I did this to find my Father's birth place in Europe. It was successful!!
