Absolutely amazing pictures. I have always wanted to visit New Zealand. I am now a single retired guy and will be running into some money shortly and want to plan a trip down under. Anaura Bay seem like a great place to see and spend a few days. I have a Nikon 7200 and my favorite lens in the Tokina 11-16 wide angle. What camera and lens were you using?
Hi woodsliv - thanks for looking in on my recent post, I am pleased that you like my photos. As far as Anaura Bay and the Rangimarie Beachstay B&B is concerned, we were very happy with it - I suggest you google for the place, also read the all very positive comments on TripAdvisor - you can find our own comment there under the date of October 29, 2015. I just want to emphasize that this place is very secluded, and there are no nearby - or even a bit distant - eating facilities, so if you go here, make sure to either make reservations including the meals, or take sufficient supplies to cook yourself in the communal kitchen if you so prefer.
Also, I can only post a few pictures on UHH, otherwise this very long post would become endless .... But I encourage you to have a look at my photowebsite
www.weberwest.weebly.com click on the chronological tab and find the DownUnder albums at the very top, Anaura Bay will be in the NZ-North Island album. Normally I recommend to just look at the "Short" album, if you really want more pictures, you might want to look at the "Full" album. You can just scroll through to the thumbnails until you see Anaura Bay, then click on the "title" photo and see the enlarged format with the captions.
Good luck organizing - pm me if you have any questions. Joe
Oh, as to the camera, I use a Nikon D610 and the Nikkor 24-120 zoom
Great series Weber. I love #4.
