Spent part of the week at rented house and shot some waterfalls in the Park. First set of Tom Branch Falls is the normal flow in Deep Creek. This is a popular tubing spot all summer long and there are a half of dozen places to rent tubes. The 22nd was nice, cool and bit cloudy but that evening and night we received over 3" of rain. Went back the next morning and shot the same water fall and same creek. That day, the tube folks were not renting tubes, too dangerous. Also shot 2 other falls with well above average flows.

If you look at the boulder in front, you can see the water level is about 2' higher.

Beautiful Waterfall series James!!
Well done. I've been going to the Smokies for decades and never seen Tom Branch look that good. I would say you have a photo that few will duplicate.
You lso show some quality camera skills.
Very, very nice images. I like the silky look of the waterfalls.
Thanks everyone for the comments.
