If by "age" you are referring to keeping her neck tight, then the same pose but with a slightly different camera angle, even a few degrees, would accomplish both. Just a thought.

I think the image is improved with the highlight reduction. It’s a good image. I like the pose of the head a lot, it gives a abstract feel to the image.
