Hi, as you can see, I live in Europe and my brand is Nikon (D810 and D610). My thing is first of all nature and everything there is to photograph. My first real camera was a Olympus OM1 back in the seventies. This gives a clou of my age...
Hope to have a good time on this forum.
Welcome to the group! I just met a man from the Netherlands this week in a restaurant. I used to own Olympus OM-1, OM-2, and OM-4, plus a bunch of lenses.
Spent a bit of time in Maastricht back in the 80's, before I moved just across the border to Belgium. And my first camera was a Yashica range finder in late 60''s (not too much time to be changing lenses in Vietnam) though Yashica did change the lens for me. Seems that a fungus had grown between lens elements. Took it into an authorized Yashica repair shop when I got home. Japanese heritage owner asked if I had the purchase receipt. When told I'd bought it in the army, he said, "No charge, Yashica likes American army."
