He did not make a statement based on race.
He did not do bodily harm to anyone because of.
I can find plenty examples of blatant racism; and I don't have to go
all the way back to the Jim Crow era to do so.
They are making a big deal about his tweets because they are trying to sensationalize
the situation. They have nothing else to stand on.
In this instance he might be guilty of being a jerk but not racist.
Don't lump white Hispanics as people of color. Unless you can refute
it historically that they face the same harsh treatment as did blacks. I'm sure in the deep south they were able to use the white restrooms water fountains etc.

His statements had nothing to do with race. Hispanics identify with whites more so than
than they do with blacks.
He made disparaging remarks against two white Hispanics and one black woman;
who is truly African American because she can definitely trace her lineage back to Africa
