Don't know about the legality but I would like to comment on composition. A shot like this might have more impact taken vertically from a much lower angle. All the stuff to the right and left of the subject is nothing more than clutter and adds nothing to the photograph. Try to blur the background behind the subject. Needs more contrast overall and the overexposed sky doesn't gives no interest.. Certainly not an award winner. Keep shooting my friend.

To start with, you are indeed trespassing on RR property, and this can get you arrested. But more importantly you are placing your own safety at risk because you don't know how close a train is to you
if one should be approaching you. There is a law of physics which more or less says that any train will
continue to roll more than a mile once the engineer has applied the breaks in the engine cab. The
speed of the train, plus the length and the overall weight of the train itself are the factors which
will determine how quickly a train will be able to stop, and too many people are totally ignorant of this.
And getting yourself arrested for trespassing on RR property is not worth it. So don't do it!!

No, theres too many photos that are not centered correctly
You put the subject in the center dont do that
remember the thirds
reshoot. Good luck.
