Brent, Its a great idea but I think it would have much more impact if the reflected image was right side up as if she was looking into a mirror, especially with her looking to her right - it could symbolize her looking into her past. It would be really great if you could find an actual profile of her in her younger day. If she was a beauty queen there must be lots of pictures of her somewhere. Upside down images always make me want to turn them over. Great idea - good luck looking for just the right picture. You could also try just flipping the image you have and applying some judicious manipulation like "Portrait Pro".
